Refund policy

All Sales Final: ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. Please review your order details, sizing, and color carefully before completing your purchase. All items are inspected before shipped to ensure no damages are present, but if there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (email) with your order number and photos and we will make it right. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, Snagged by Her Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. 

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed, as we begin processing immediately.
